ADOPT A K9 VETERAN
Ever thought about giving a K9 Veteran a home?
The K9s who were deployed to combat zones have PTSD and wounds similar to the service men and women who deployed to combat zones, they also need care and a safe place.
Military Working Dogs has a variety of K9s available for fostering and adoption, some who just did not work for military needs, others who were training dogs, and those who worked on the battlefield. The most common breeds are German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois and the occasional Labrador Retriever or German Shorthaired Pointer.
The Military Working Dog Adoption Program is managed by the 341st Training Squadron, United States Air Force, brought to you by 37th Training Wing.
